We had a great time a the cottage, we loved the seclusion from the road this was perfect for the dog. The open concept was great for gathering after a day of snowshoeing in the field and skiing at cannon Mtn. All of the amenities were great. The only suggestion for change would be better internet and shoveling of the walkway and deck when plowed.

Franconia Vacation Rentals provided the best customer service we have ever had with a winter rental. In conjunction with the owner, they worked hard to ensure everything we needed was there to enjoy the nearby recreational amenities as well as work remotely. The property is beautiful and in a great location--literally within a 3 mile line of sight to Cannon Mountain. The unit is definitely priced right but does have some issues as it is aging and in need of some upgrading to really be suitable for lengthy winter stays. A really cold winter (which we did not have) could be rough, but during the warmer periods, it is hard to beat.

The house was very nice, and the kitchen remarkably well equipped. It would be good if the wi-fi password was in the printed material that accompanied the key.
